卦辭
有孚，元吉。无咎，可貞，利有攸往。曷之用？二簋可用享。
彖傳
損，損下益上，其道上行。損而有孚，元吉，无咎，可貞，利有攸往。曷之用？二簋可用享；二簋應有時。損剛益柔有時，損益盈虛，與時偕行。
大象傳
山下有澤，損；君子以懲忿窒欲。
爻辭
| First Nine | 已事遄往，无咎，酌損之。 象曰：已事遄往，尚合志也。 What belongs to the sacrifice should be done at once; go and there is no blame. But weigh carefully how much of yourself you give away. |

| Second Nine | 利貞，征凶，弗損益之。 象曰：九二利貞，中以為志也。 It profits you to hold to what is right; to set out on a campaign brings misfortune. Without diminishing yourself you can still benefit others. |
| Third Six | 三人行，則損一人；一人行，則得其友。 象曰：一人行，三則疑也。 When three walk together, doubt arises and one is lost; when one walks alone, a companion is found. |
| Fourth Six | 損其疾，使遄有喜，无咎。 象曰：損其疾，亦可喜也。 Reducing one's own faults — correcting oneself and turning to good — and others come quickly and gladly to help. No blame. |
| Fifth Six | 或益之，十朋之龜弗克違，元吉。 象曰：六五元吉，自上佑也。 Someone presents a great tortoise worth ten strings of cowries; it cannot be refused. Great good fortune. |
| Top Nine | 弗損益之，无咎，貞吉，利有攸往，得臣无家。 象曰：弗損益之，大得志也。 Benefiting all under heaven without diminishing anyone. No blame; hold to what is right — good fortune. It profits you to have somewhere to go, and you win the hearts of the people rather than building a private house. |
