卦辭
利西南，无所往，其來復吉。有攸往，夙吉。
彖傳
解，險以動，動而免乎險，解。解利西南，往得眾也。其來復吉，乃得中也。有攸往夙吉，往有功也。天地解，而雷雨作，雷雨作，而百果草木皆甲坼，解之時義大矣哉！
大象傳
雷雨作，解；君子以赦過宥罪。
爻辭
| First Six | 无咎。 象曰：剛柔之際，義无咎也。 The danger has just been released; keep quiet and settled. No blame. |

| Second Nine | 田獲三狐，得黃矢，貞吉。 象曰：九二貞吉，得中道也。 Taking three foxes in the hunt and finding a yellow metal arrow — clearing away the crooked and keeping the straight. Hold to what is right — good fortune. |
| Third Six | 負且乘，致寇至，貞吝。 象曰：負且乘，亦可丑也，自我致戎，又誰咎也。 Carrying a heavy load and riding in a carriage as well — position beyond one's merit — and so attracting robbers. Even holding on brings difficulty. |
| Fourth Nine | 解而拇，朋至斯孚。 象曰：解而拇，未當位也。 Free your big toe — cut the improper attachment — and only then do friends come in good faith. |
| Fifth Six | 君子維有解，吉；有孚于小人。 象曰：君子有解，小人退也。 The superior person sincerely frees himself from the entanglement of the petty. Good fortune, and this itself earns their trust. |
| Top Six | 公用射隼，于高墉之上，獲之，无不利。 象曰：公用射隼，以解悖也。 The duke shoots a hawk on the high wall and takes it at one shot. Nothing fails to go well — the moment is ripe, and the harm is removed. |
